• Development of proposed solutions for reducing inventories
• Cooperation with operators and warehouse
• Assisting with the ongoing improvement of internal processes
• Development of controlling tools for all finished rolls
• Ensuring compliance with and monitoring of safety and environmental responsibility guidelines
• Ensure the provision of Right Rolls at Right Location at Right Time to support the warehouses and logistics
• Responsible for inventory accuracy of produced rolls
• Utilize inventory database of assigned materials within the system
• Notify Planner of any impending shortages, late deliveries, inventory shrinkage, any issues, etc
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor Degree holder
• Well verse in English communication both oral and written
• Proven strong data analysis and reporting skills and experience with at least 2 years of work in a position with comparable skill requirements
• Proactive management of board and tool inventories
• Placing board orders based on planned projects
• stock control
• Coordination, negotiation and monitoring of delivery dates
• Well organized
