Responsible for installing, maintaining, monitoring, and supporting an organization’s network infrastructure to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient connectivity.
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain network systems (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN)
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues
Provide Level 1–3 network support to users and systems
Configure and suppor routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
Implement network security policies and access controls
Perform network upgrades, backups, and documentation
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Ensure network availability and disaster recovery readiness
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree Electrical Engineering
3+ years of experience in network engineering and support
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching
Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Mikrotik, Juniper, or similar devices
Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
Preferred Certifications
CCNA
