✅ Mandatory Certification: Valid FPI RTR Inspector Certificate
✅ Education: Engineering Degree (Relevant Field)
✅ Experience:
• Minimum 5 Years as RTR Inspector
• Oil & Gas / Petrochemical Experience Required
• Aramco Certified Preferred
✅ Technical Knowledge: ISO, ASME, ASTM, SAES Standards
✅ Strong inspection, documentation & reporting skills
✅ Fluent in English
📌 Expertise in underground RTR piping systems, welding inspection, fabrication oversight, QA documentation.
2️⃣ COMMISSIONING ENGINEER
(Chemical / Mechanical Engineer)
✅ Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
✅ Experience:
• Minimum 10 Years in Refinery / Petrochemical Commissioning
• Strong Pre-commissioning & Commissioning Experience
✅ Technical Skills:
• Air/Steam Blowing, Flushing, Tightness Test
• Refractory Dry-out, Inerting
• PFD & P&ID Interpretation
• Rotating Equipment & Control Systems Troubleshooting
✅ Strong English Communication

• Minimum 5 Years Oil & Gas

✅ Strong Knowledge of: ASTM, API, IEC, NEMA, NFPA, ASME BPVC, ANSI B31.3/4/8, NACE, AWS D1.1
✅ ISO 9001:2015 QMS Familiarity
✅ Fluent English

• 3 Years EPC Site Experience
• Aramco Project Experience Preferred

• Turbines, Pumps, Compressors, Generators
• Firewater Systems, Cooling & Lubrication Systems
• Inspection & Testing Procedures
• International Codes (ASTM, API, ASME, NFPA etc.)
✅ Fluent English

• 5 Years Oil & Gas
• 3 Years Coating Inspection
• 2 Years within Contract Scope
