Business Specialist (Oversized Cargo Transportation / Project Logistics)

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for client development and maintenance in heavy transportation and project logistics business. Accurately identify and respond to client transportation requirements. Develop transportation solutions and quotations based on project specifics, and coordinate internal resources to ensure feasibility and cost efficiency.

Follow up on the full project execution process, coordinating across departments including operations, fleet management, maintenance, loading teams, and customs clearance to ensure smooth project delivery.

Assist Government Relations Officers (GRO) in submitting documentation through MOT/RC platforms and handling transportation permit applications.

Maintain strong client relationships, continuously identify opportunities for repeat business and additional services. Participate in contract negotiations, confirm commercial terms, and follow up on payment collection.

Regularly compile and analyze client data, market information, and project reports to provide business insights and support to management.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of commercial experience in heavy transportation, project logistics, engineering logistics, or related industries. Familiarity with road transport, oversized equipment transportation, and heavy lifting operations is preferred.

Strong English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing) for business discussions. Proficiency in Chinese and Arabic is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Strong communication and coordination skills, ability to work under pressure, and capability to effectively follow up and manage project execution. send resume [email protected]
