I am a qualified and experienced safety professional with a strong engineering background and over 5 years of hands-on experience in large-scale construction and consultancy-based projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering and am registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). My professional credentials include a PMP-based Diploma in Project Management, NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH, ISO 45001:2018, Train the Trainer, and Integrated Management System certifications. I also possess additional certifications in HR Management, Risk Management, and Complete Project Management Cycle, strengthening my ability to integrate HSE requirements with project delivery and workforce management.
Currently, I am working as an HSE Officer with First Fix Company on the Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN) Project, Arrafat – Makkah. I am PMC-approved as HSE Officer by DAR and PERSON (Consultant), which reflects my compliance with high consultancy and client standards. My role includes site inspections, risk assessments, method statement reviews, incident investigations, HSE reporting, permit-to-work monitoring, and delivery of safety trainings and toolbox talks to a multicultural workforce.
As an HSE Trainer, I am confident in delivering effective safety inductions and training programs aligned with international standards and Saudi regulations. My engineering knowledge enables me to identify hazards accurately and implement practical, site-based control measures to reduce incidents and improve safety performance.
I am currently seeking an opportunity for a direct company contract or transfer basis with a reputable organization where I can contribute my skills, experience, and strong commitment to safety excellence. I am based in Makkah, hold a Pakistan International Driving Permit, and am available to join as per company requirements.
