Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage pastry operations and teams
Create and update dessert and bakery menus
Ensure quality, consistency, and cost control
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
Train and mentor local culinary staff
Requirements:
8+ years of professional pastry experience
Previous Executive or Head Pastry Chef role preferred
International or expatriate experience is an advantage
Strong leadership and communication skills
Fluent in English
