We are looking to Hire HR Officer for our Riyadh Operations:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Officer to support our Riyadh operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions including employee relations, government portals, compliance, recruitment, and HR administration in line with Saudi Labor Law.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, contracts, probation, confirmation, exit formalities).
• Coordinate recruitment activities including sourcing, interviews, and selection.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures.
• Manage medical insurance and employee benefits administration.
• Support performance management and training initiatives.
• Coordinate with PRO for Iqama issuance, renewal, and sponsorship transfers.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain HR database.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government platforms.
• Experience in handling large workforce operations preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Experience in operations / F&B / service industry preferred.
