Firex Bahrain is a leader in life safety solutions. We are looking for a high-caliber Project Manager to lead our fire alarm, firefighting, and life safety projects from initiation to successful handover.
The Role & Responsibilities
Full Lifecycle Management: Lead Fire Protection projects (Alarm, Sprinklers, Gas Systems) from A to Z.
Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to NFPA standards and Bahrain Civil Defense requirements.
Approvals: Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities to secure necessary project certifications.
Leadership: Direct site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure technical compliance and milestone delivery.
Project Controls: Manage scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, and risk mitigation.
Requirements
???? Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire Engineering.
???????? Experience: Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience specifically in the Bahrain/GCC Fire Protection market.
???? Technical Knowledge: Expert grasp of NFPA codes and Civil Defense regulations.
✅ PMP Certification: Highly preferred.
???? Track Record: Proven ability to manage large-scale site teams and complex stakeholder relationships.
