Handle electrical maintenance and repair works for residential flats within our property portfolio
Diagnose and fix electrical faults independently
Repair and maintain DBs (Distribution Boards)
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Perform minor plumbing works (preferred – bonus skill)
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Electrician
Strong knowledge of DB installation and troubleshooting
Basic plumbing skills are an advantage
Good communication skills
Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently
