✅ Minimum Job Requirements:

Proficiency in workforce planning and forecasting

Ability to develop detailed recruitment plans

Strong knowledge of HR procedures

Experience in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding)

Ability to manage multiple requisitions across different organizations simultaneously

Familiarity with HR Systems (SuccessFactors preferred)

Knowledge of labor market trends and recruitment analytics

Experience with global or cross-border recruitment processes

Strong interpersonal, persuasive, and diplomatic communication skills
Problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Proficiency in Power BI
