We are seeking a qualified and experienced QC Inspector – RTR (Reinforced Thermosetting Resin / FRP Piping) who is Aramco approved with a valid SAP number, valid FPI certification, and an active Aramco vendor code. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all RTR installation, inspection, and testing activities comply with Saudi Aramco standards, project specifications, and international quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform inspection of RTR/FRP piping systems, fittings, and installation works in accordance with Saudi Aramco standards and approved ITPs.
Review and verify material certificates, compliance documents, and QA/QC records.
Conduct visual inspection, dimensional checks, and installation verification of RTR pipelines.
Witness hydrostatic testing, joint inspections, and related quality control activities.
Ensure compliance with approved method statements and quality procedures.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports and documentation as per project requirements.
Coordinate with client representatives, contractors, and QA/QC teams.
Participate in FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) – FAT will be provided by the company.
Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards on site.
Mandatory Requirements
Must be Aramco Approved QC Inspector (RTR).
Valid SAP Number.
Valid FPI (Fiberglass Pipe Institute) Certification.
Valid/Active Aramco Vendor Code.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in RTR/FRP piping inspection.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards and international codes.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience in oil & gas projects in the Eastern Province.
Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures and documentation control.
