Institutional installations of dishwashing, laundry, mixing stations, programmable controllers, pumps and plumbing systems, fragrance, fly catchers, and washroom equipment for assigned customers.
Installing and filling of fragrance scents on required equipment at Commercial and Retail dispensers in washrooms and other areas of facilities for new and existing customers.
Cleans, fills contents, changes batteries, and replaces covers for all equipment if and when required.
Provides dispenser installation and repair assistance when required.
Conducts preventive maintenance, warranty work, and repair services of all hygiene equipment,
Complies with Reza Standards, procedures, guidelines, and food safety/HACCP practices while installing and servicing equipment at customer premises.
Maintains accurate records of customer visits, and parts transactions, and provides a customer service report for each site visit, service inspection or completed work/repair.
Maintains on time service according to customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Reza 3S system (Service Schedule System).
Operates Delivery/Service Devices to ensure on-time service (Reza 3S), while maintaining accurate stock levels of parts in van with receipt/issue records, and producing visit reports.
Coordinates with 3S Coordinator/Sales staff to meet customer specifications and quality Standards.
Safely operates technical equipment, power tools, and hand tools -such as drills, grinders, crimpers, riveters, etc.
Attend appropriate technical and manufacturer training
Liaise with 3S Coordinator for service routes and correct client information.
Adheres to Reza and Customer OHS policies, procedures, rules, and safe work practices.
Demonstrate effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Maintaining the inventory control for mobile warehouse.
Maintain financial documents related to services, with responsibility for accuracy and record-keeping.
Report all accidents and incidents to the Line Manager.
Complies with Quality Assurance activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:
High school diploma/degree.
Electrical and Mechanical Skilled Trade License and certifications as appropriate
5 years of professional experience.
UAE driving license is a must
Good communication skill
