Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our Corporate Team supporting projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai under U.S. Government contracts. The Project Engineer will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, schedule, and in full compliance with U.S. Government regulations and contractual requirements.
Key Qualities We’re Looking For:
• Proven Expertise: A solid track record of atleast 8-10 years in managing and delivering civil engineering projects on time and within budget.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in engineering software and tools relevant to project management and civil design.
• Leadership Abilities: Proven experience in leading teams and working collaboratively with contractors, architects, and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving Aptitude: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address project challenges effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous in reviewing plans, specifications, and project documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adjust to evolving project requirements and challenges.
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE regulations, standards, and procedures in civil engineering.
