• Monitor and improve monthly average working hours (Base 240 hours)
• Optimize overtime utilization
• Supervise hour-based billing and invoicing
• Follow up on collections and control DSO
• Reduce absenteeism and improve workforce discipline
• Support business growth and client expansion
• Propose pricing and operational improvements

• Proven experience in Manpower / Contracting / Service Industry
• Strong understanding of operational profitability
• Experience managing workforce scheduling and billing
• Ability to analyze performance and financial reports
• Leadership mindset and hands-on approach
• Good Excel and reporting skills
