We are seeking a results-driven Head of Operations to lead and strengthen end-to-end operational functions, including ERP systems, administrative processes, and cross-departmental workflows. The role will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, quality standards, and timely delivery across manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, quality, and responsiveness
• Ensure systems, infrastructure, and processes are scalable for future growth
• Prepare operational reports, KPIs, and budgets for senior management
Production Planning & Scheduling
• Coordinate demand forecasts with manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams
• Optimize production scheduling to balance cost, lead time, and inventory
• Monitor capacity utilization and improve plant throughput
Logistics & Distribution
• Oversee warehousing, transportation, and distribution for timely delivery
• Optimize logistics networks and manage 3PL performance
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Inventory & Demand Management
• Establish inventory control policies to reduce waste and excess stock
• Implement demand planning tools to maintain service levels
• Analyze sales trends to anticipate demand fluctuations
Financial & Performance Management
• Manage supply chain budgets aligned with organizational goals
• Track KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turnover, cost-to-serve, and savings
• Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations
People Leadership
• Lead and develop a high-performing operations team
• Foster accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Promote cross-functional collaboration
Sustainability & Risk Management
• Integrate sustainability and ethical sourcing practices
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks
• Lead business continuity planning for disruptions
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 8–12 years of operations experience in FMCG or manufacturing with ERP exposure
• Proven leadership in factories, supply chains, or large operational teams
• Strong expertise in production planning, logistics, procurement, and inventory control
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Strong commercial acumen with focus on cost efficiency
• Experience in change management and digital transformation initiatives
