Cluster Director Of Sales – Makkah (Multi Property)

Key outcomes/responsibilities
 Build and execute the annual cluster sales plan aligned to seasonality
(Umrah/Hajj/Ramadan) and budget.
 Drive production through key religious travel organisers, tour operators/agents,
wholesalers, corporate and government accounts.
 Own pipeline discipline: targets, activity standards, conversion, and account growth
plans.
 Lead RFPs/negotiated accounts: rate agreements, allotments, production targets,
quarterly account reviews.
 Work closely with the Cluster General Manager on mix, pricing discipline, and
compression strategy.
 Lead and coach the cluster sales team; structured weekly/monthly cadence and
reporting.


Ideal candidate
 Proven KSA/Makkah commercial leader with strong network in religious/group travel
and corporate/government segments.
 Track record in multi-property growth, forecasting accuracy, and team leadership.
 English & Arabic required
