Build and execute the annual cluster sales plan aligned to seasonality
(Umrah/Hajj/Ramadan) and budget.
Drive production through key religious travel organisers, tour operators/agents,
wholesalers, corporate and government accounts.
Own pipeline discipline: targets, activity standards, conversion, and account growth
plans.
Lead RFPs/negotiated accounts: rate agreements, allotments, production targets,
quarterly account reviews.
Work closely with the Cluster General Manager on mix, pricing discipline, and
compression strategy.
Lead and coach the cluster sales team; structured weekly/monthly cadence and
reporting.
Ideal candidate
Proven KSA/Makkah commercial leader with strong network in religious/group travel
and corporate/government segments.
Track record in multi-property growth, forecasting accuracy, and team leadership.
English & Arabic required
