Matrix is seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Dammam, KSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales through technical expertise, client relationship management, and coordination with internal teams, particularly within the waterproofing solutions sector.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the assigned territory
Promote and sell waterproofing and related construction solutions to clients, consultants, and contractors
Conduct site visits, technical discussions, and product presentations
Prepare and follow up on technical proposals, quotations, and tenders
Coordinate with engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure accurate solutions and timely execution
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil or related field preferred)
Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the waterproofing industry
Strong technical understanding of construction materials and systems
Valid KSA driving license (mandatory)
Valid Iqama holders are strongly preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
