• PSS Asset classification

• CCTV System and Network &server infra mapping reports
• PSIM & CCC communication reports
• Access Control system and network mapping reports
• Gap Analysis Report preparation
Role2- IoT SME (AV/AQMS/RTU/Other)
• Physical discovery of the OT network connected
• Assets
• Verify the SCADA Architecture with respect to communication established
• Verify the switch type and communication ports status
• Validate OT IP Segments and network mapping with IT network
• Verify Converged Network or standalone network
• Report on network mapping and segmentation
• Gap Analysis Report
Role3- BMS SME (BMS/FAS/Non-IT)
• Physical discovery of all BMS assets
• Verify communication network of all BMC assets
• Validate integration touch points of subsystems with BMS Application
• Communication protocols used by BMS systems report
• Gap Analysis Report
Role4- Comms SME
• Physical Asset Discovery report for RF communication
• Verify communication type establishment
• Verify RF base station and controller interface
• Report Network mapping and asset details
• Gap Analysis Report
Role5- Electrical Engineer
• Verify the Integration of electrical systems used for ICT with BMS Systems
• Verify UPS with backup used for all Hub Room/Racks/Data Center /CCC
• Verify the UPS central Monitoring software communication network
• Gap Analysis Report
