Job Description – Telecom Administrator

Department: Operations / Field Services
Reports To: Operations Manager

Job Summary

The Telecom Administrator supports daily field and network operations by coordinating service orders, managing ticketing systems, maintaining documentation, tracking KPIs, and ensuring compliance with telecom and client requirements. The role acts as a central link between technicians, management, and clients to ensure smooth service delivery and SLA adherence.

Key Responsibilities

Log and assign service tickets (installations, faults, maintenance)

Monitor SLA compliance and technician productivity

Update OSS/CRM systems and maintain accurate records

Prepare daily/weekly operational reports

Coordinate with clients (e.g., ISP/BNET) and customers

Maintain compliance documentation (LMRA, IDs, permits)

Track inventory, CPE allocation, and basic logistics support

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business, Telecom, or related field

2+ years experience in telecom or field operations

Experience with OSS/CRM systems

Strong MS Excel and reporting skills

Good communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)
