Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
* Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
* Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.
Requirements:
* Minimum 15 years of experience in construction projects.
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
* Excellent knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and project management principles.
* PMP certification is an advantage.
