Jobs & Responsibilities
Identify potential clients across Industrial & EPC sectors
Generate and nurture leads; manage pipelines to close deals
Develop and execute sales strategies and forecasts
Present and demonstrate Synergy’s product range with strong technical knowledge
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
Identify repeat business opportunities
Manage key accounts and negotiate contracts
Handle client feedback and grievances professionally
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Experience: 5–10 years in GCC Technical Sales Engineering roles
