About the Role
We are establishing a new Electrical Accessories & Controls division focused on supplying specialized, high-margin components to facilities management operators, contractors, and institutional clients. This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for building the division from the ground up.
Responsibilities
Build supplier portfolio for electrical accessories and control components
Develop recurring B2B client base (FM, institutional, maintenance)
Own pricing, margins, and product mix
Manage inventory planning and working capital efficiency
Drive division profitability and growth in line with agreed targets
Requirements
8–15 years experience in electrical accessories / building systems trading
Strong supplier and product knowledge (protection devices, switches, controls)
Commercially sharp with margin discipline
Comfortable operating independently with full ownership
Experience selling to FM operators or institutional clients preferred
