Key Responsibilities
● Refurbishment & Maintenance: Clean, inspect, and refurbish returned seismic sensors
and associated field equipment.
● Technical Diagnostics: Diagnose and repair electronic components to the board or
component level using standard diagnostic tools and software.
● Assembly & Sealing: Perform disassembly and reassembly of units, ensuring
adherence to IP-rated environmental sealing standards.
● Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections and functional performance checks to
ensure units meet specified technical standards before redeployment.
● Inventory Control: Manage stock levels of technical spare parts and components.
Conduct regular cycle counts, document variances, and investigate discrepancies.
● Data Documentation: Maintain digital logs of repair history, test results, and serial
number tracking within the ERP system.
● Operational Support: Serve as the primary bridge between the JV and outsourced
warehouse services. Coordinate directly with warehouse personnel to ensure logs are
accurate, facilitate equipment requests, and provide regular reporting to superiors
regarding warehouse and logistics status.
● Workplace Standards: Adhere to 5S methodology and internal health, safety, and
environment (HSE) protocols.
Requirements
● Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in electronics assembly, repair, or
technical production environments.
● Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability in electronic fault diagnosis using
multimeters, power supplies, and technical schematics.
● Inventory Management: Experience with inventory control procedures, including
stocktaking and variance reporting.
● Education: Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical
discipline.
● Language Skills: Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required; Arabic
language skills are considered an asset.
● Operational Skills: High attention to detail and ability to work effectively within a
multinational Joint Venture structure.
Preferred Qualifications
● Previous experience in telecommunications, IoT, or defense electronics sectors.
● Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems or IPC-A-610 standards.
● Proficiency in ESD-safe handling procedures for electronic components.
● Experience in field servicing or mission-critical electronics within a military or industrial
