We are looking for a highly skilled, result-oriented Automotive Team Leader / Senior Mechanic specialized in American, European, and Asian brands to join our team immediately.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in maintaining modern automobiles (Multi-brand).
Technical Skills: Advanced diagnostic skills to accurately identify mechanical and electrical faults.
Electrical Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive electrical and modern electronic control systems.
Leadership: Ability to act as a Team Leader, guiding technicians and ensuring quality output.
Documentation: Proficient in preparing technical reports and documenting job cards.
Driving License: Must possess a valid Bahraini Driving License.
Location: Currently resident in Bahrain with eligibility for immediate local transfer to our CR.
Nationality: Filipino preferred.
Language: Good command of written and spoken English.
Responsibilities:
Service, repair, and overhaul engines, gearboxes, and clutch systems.
Diagnose complex faults and ensure repairs are done within minimum time and cost.
Supervise the workshop team and prioritize tasks effectively.
Identify maintenance needs and implement preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns.
Prepare technical estimations and reports for management/customers.

Strong initiator with the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent teamwork and adaptability.
Proactive problem solver with minimal supervision.
