Key Responsibilities:
Experience in Field like Clipping & Clamping CAT 6 Cable, Configure Network Switches, CCTV Cameras and related.
Resolve IT support requests from users, answer employee questions about computer systems, and log service tickets.
Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues, including both remote and on-site support.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, desktops, laptops, printers, and related equipment.
Set up new users (onboarding), manage user accounts, and configure permissions in systems.
Monitor and update IT systems, perform security checks, apply software updates, and ensure cybersecurity compliance.
Provide employee training on IT systems, develop technical documentation and guides, and maintain IT asset records.
Manage backups, recovery processes, and assist in disaster recovery efforts.
Supervise the along with the Team Related to the Tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, Mac OS X, Linux), office applications, and remote support tools.
Customer service orientation, communication skills, and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
Awareness of IT security practices and compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in Information and Technology or relevant technical certifications (such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Certified Professional) are preferred. (Other Degree are not Considered)
Experience: Minimum 3-6 Years of Experience in KSA. (Other Experience Will not be considered)
Other Degree's: Will not be considered.
Ability to work independently and as part of an IT team.
Physical Work and Climbing up Ladder to Fix Access Point and CCTV Cameras.
