The role will focus on expanding business in technical manpower supply, equipment rental, employee accommodation camps, catering services, and small-to-medium fabrication projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, commercial acumen, and proven experience in securing contracts with EPC contractors, industrial clients, and facility management companies.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Strategy
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial and commercial sectors.
• Develop and execute strategic business growth plans.
• Build and maintain a strong project pipeline and market intelligence database.
Client Relationship Management
• Establish long-term relationships with key clients, contractors, and decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and contract retention.
Technical Manpower Services
• Develop business for skilled manpower supply including shutdown, maintenance, and construction projects.
• Coordinate with recruitment teams for mobilization planning.
• Prepare manpower proposals, rate structures, and contracts.
Equipment Rental Business
• Promote rental services for industrial equipment and tools.
• Negotiate long-term rental agreements and service contracts.
• Monitor utilization and profitability trends.
Camps & Catering Services
• Generate business for workforce accommodation and industrial catering services.
• Prepare integrated service proposals for large projects.
Fabrication Services Development
• Secure small-to-medium fabrication and maintenance contracts.
• Coordinate with technical teams for scope definition and pricing.
• Tendering & Commercial Management
• Lead bid preparation, pricing strategy, and proposal submissions.
• Negotiate contract terms and manage commercial agreements.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of business development experience in industrial services.
• Strong network within EPC, oil & gas, and industrial sectors.
• Proven track record in securing service contracts.
