Urgent Requirements Of FM Project Coordinators

Al Moallam Company (CJSC) is looking for a full time, experienced Project Coordinators with FM background who are locally available. The candidates should have the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Facilities Management, construction, or maintenance projects.
• Experience working with CAFM/CMMS systems preferred.
• GCC / Saudi Arabia experience is an advantage.
• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating daily FM operations and maintenance activities.
• Track project schedules, work orders, preventive maintenance plans, and service requests.
• Coordinate between technical teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives.
• Monitor progress of tasks and ensure timely completion as per KPIs and SLAs.
• Maintain project documentation including contracts, reports, drawings, asset registers, and records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operations performance, KPIs, and service delivery.
• Ensure proper recordkeeping in CAFM / CMMS systems.
• Support preparation of presentations and management reports.
• Act as a coordination point between client representatives and internal teams.
• Follow up on client requests, complaints, and service tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in organizing meetings, preparing MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and tracking action items.
• Coordinate manpower allocation, attendance tracking, and shift schedules.
• Assist in mobilization and demobilization of manpower and equipment.
• Coordinate material requests, purchase requisitions, and inventory tracking with procurement/store teams.
• Support preparation of invoices, timesheets, and cost tracking reports.
• Assist in monitoring project expenses and budget utilization.
• Track subcontractor documentation and payment approvals.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CAFM / CMMS software.
• Basic understanding of MEP and FM operations.
• Reporting and data analysis skills.
• Document control and coordination experience.
