Scope of scaffolding inspector :
• Site evaluation of all assigned area weekly scaffolding requirements.
• Based on site actual scaffolding requirements , inspector to review and confirm each scaffolding activity estimated cost
• Evaluate all submitted estimated cost by scaffolding contractor, challenge estimated price according to actual scaffolding required and M/A prices.
• Evaluate and propose alternative scaffolding method in some special high volume scaffolding jobs
• Develop fixed scaffolding sheet for majors like furnace major PM. to be freezed with reviewed estimated cost.
• Control the assigned area for scaffolding removal after job completion.
• Generate weekly report for area scaffolding ongoing, completed activities
