I have strong hands-on expertise in full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, onboarding and exit processes, HRMS tools like Keka and Zoho People, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance. I have also led recruitment teams and partnered closely with stakeholders to support business growth through effective hiring strategies.
