Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures.
Conduct site safety inspections and internal audits.
Prepare risk assessments and review method statements.
Ensure compliance with local GCC safety regulations and client requirements.
Investigate incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Conduct toolbox talks and safety training sessions.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an HSE Engineer in building construction projects
Mandatory GCC experience
Strong knowledge of GCC HSE regulations and international safety standards
NEBOSH (IGC/Level 3) certified – mandatory
IOSH certification preferred
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering or related field
Relevant HSE certifications
Experience in risk assessment, method statements, and safety audits
Good communication and reporting skills
