Role Summary: Install, maintain, and repair a range of smart home appliances and gadgets. Provide exceptional in-store technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and product performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on all smart home appliances (e.g., smart refrigerators, connected ovens, display gadgets).
• Maintain accurate records of all service and repair work performed.
• Collaborate with the sales team to address customer technical queries.

Requirements: Technical certification or proven experience in appliance repair, strong troubleshooting skills, and a valid driving license.
