Our Factory is looking for a dynamic Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. We need someone who can turn raw materials into excellence while keeping efficiency at an all-time high.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Operational Excellence: Lead, plan, and coordinate all production schedules to ensure on-time delivery without compromising on craftsmanship.
2- Technical Documentation: Create, manage, and audit Bills of Materials (BOM) and Work Orders to ensure precise resource allocation and production tracking.
3- Workflow Optimization: Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and maximize output.
4- Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous standards; if it’s not perfect, it doesn’t leave the floor.
5- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a diverse team of supervisors, craftsmen, and technicians, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
6-Resource Management: Oversee raw material inventory and machinery maintenance to minimize downtime.
What You should Bring to the Table :
Experience: 8+ years in wood works manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Operational Mastery: Proven ability to generate accurate Work Orders and complex BOMs within an ERP environment to streamline production flows.
Technical Savvy: Deep understanding of CNC machinery, finishing processes, and manufacturing software.
The "Grit" Factor: You’re as comfortable analyzing KPIs in a boardroom as you are troubleshooting a bottleneck on the floor.
Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a significant advantage.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
