Prepare and enforce Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and Method Statements in compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and international standards (ISO, ASTM, IEC, etc.).
Monitor Infrastructure Works Compliance
Ensure all civil and utility infrastructure activities (roads, drainage, underground utilities, substations, foundations) comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and client requirements.
Audit and Quality Surveillance
Conduct internal quality audits, site surveillance, and process inspections to verify adherence to quality procedures and identify non-conformities.
NCR & Corrective Action Management
Issue and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), coordinate root cause analysis, and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Documentation & Client Coordination
Maintain quality records, test reports, material approvals (MIR), inspection requests (IR), and coordinate with consultants/clients for inspections, approvals, and final handover documentation.
