Key Responsibilities
? Plan and execute pre-commissioning activities (air blowing, water flushing, steam blowing).
? Perform commissioning tasks (Tightness Test, Refractory dry-out, System drying, Inerting).
? Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, process, and control systems.
? Review and interpret PFDs and P&IDs for commissioning scope.
? Coordinate with vendors and construction teams for system readiness.
? Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during commissioning.
? Prepare commissioning reports and maintain documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
Technical Expertise
Strong knowledge of commissioning procedures and safety standards.
Ability to troubleshoot rotating equipment, instrumentation, and control systems.
Proficient in reading and interpreting PFDs and P&IDs..
Academic Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Mechanical Engineering (or higher).
Strong command of English (reading, writing, speaking).
Academic Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in commissioning for refinery/petrochemical projects.
Proven track record in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
Hands-on experience with rotating equipment and control systems.
