F&B Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant branches to ensure smooth and efficient performance
• Drive sales growth and achieve monthly revenue targets
• Monitor branch performance, KPIs, and profitability
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures
• Lead, coach, and develop branch managers and supervisors
• Control operational costs, food cost, and wastage
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Procurement departments
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service excellence
• Prepare operational reports and performance analysis for senior management
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in restaurant operations management
• Experience managing multiple branches is mandatory
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Solid understanding of sales targets, budgeting, and cost control
• Ability to analyze reports and implement performance improvement plans
• Experience in GCC is preferred
• Candidate preferably based in Bahrain
Salary: 800-1400 BHD (depends on experience)
