Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily workshop administrative tasks
Reply to company emails professionally
Prepare and send quotations to clients
Follow up with clients for approvals
Coordinate and track work progress until completion
Maintain proper records and documentation
Perform data entry and update workshop records
Requirements:
Basic Arabic language skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
Good English communication skills (email and basic conversation)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Previous workshop or office experience is an advantage
Immediate joiners preferred
