Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage end-to-end procurement activities for EPC projects.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project requirements.
• Manage supplier prequalification, tendering, evaluation, and contract award processes.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and project specifications.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and cost control.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, project management, and finance teams.
Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of procurement experience, with significant exposure to EPC projects.
• Proven experience working on projects within the GCC region.
• Strong knowledge of regional supplier markets and subcontractors.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
