Seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead and strengthen the company’s HR function. The role requires a hands-on leader who can align people strategy with business growth while ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations and best HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee relations
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal controls
Drive talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning
Oversee compensation, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives
Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and HR regulations
Act as a strategic HR partner to senior management and department heads
Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, and HR risk management
Support organizational development, culture building, and change management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior/leadership role
Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices
Experience in fast-growing or dynamic organizations is a plus
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with discretion
