The Operator is authorized to operate assigned machines in accordance with safety and production standards. He/she may stop the machine in case of any safety hazard or quality deviation and must immediately report issues to the Team Leader or Assistant Supervisor.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate production machines according to defined operating procedures and safety standards.
Monitor machine performance and product output to ensure consistency with quality specifications.
Perform routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting during operation.
Ensure the cleanliness of assigned machines and surrounding work areas in line with housekeeping standards.
Report any mechanical malfunctions, deviations, or abnormalities to the Team Leader or Assistant Supervisor immediately.
Fill out production logs, shift reports, and quality check forms accurately and on time.
Assist with loading and unloading raw materials and finished goods, ensuring proper handling.
Follow all safety protocols, wear required PPE, and actively participate in maintaining a safe work environment.
Support smooth shift handovers by providing clear updates on machine status and production progress.
Cooperate with team members and other departments to ensure workflow continuity and minimize downtime.
Notify maintenance or quality control teams promptly when assistance is required.
Handle materials and operate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks if trained and authorized.

Experience:
Minimum 2 Years Experience in field of Nonwoven / Textile / Plastics Manufacturing
