Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Finance Manager – EPC / Engineering Consultancy

We are seeking an experienced CFO / Finance Manager with a strong background in EPC and engineering consultancy environments. The candidate must have solid experience managing project-based financial operations, cash flow planning, contract review, and commercial controls within large-scale engineering or infrastructure projects.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for financial strategy, governance, compliance, and project profitability oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
* Oversee project cost control and margin analysis
* Manage cash flow aligned with project milestones
* Supervise billing, receivables, and retention management
* Handle bank guarantees, performance bonds, and credit facilities
* Ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements
* Manage VAT, Zakat, and tax filings (KSA experience preferred)
* Review EPC contracts and assess financial risks
* Develop financial policies and internal controls
* Coordinate with external auditors and banks
* Lead and develop the finance team

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
* MBA / CPA / CMA / ACCA preferred
* 10–15 years of experience in EPC, construction, infrastructure, or engineering consultancy
* Strong experience in project-based accounting
* Experience managing multi-million SAR project portfolios
* Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting and working capital management
* Experience dealing with banks and bonding facilities
* Strong leadership and communication skills
