I am a Chemical Engineer with over 20 years of multidisciplinary experience across ethanol fermentation and refining, air separation units (ASU), coal gasification, fertilizer (SSP, NPK) and feed nutrient plants.
Currently serving as Operations Engineer at Kemyan Yanbu for Industry, Yanbu, Saudi Arabia, where I am responsible for plant operations, process monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experienced in operations management, production planning, process optimization, performance analysis, technical evaluation, environmental and regulatory compliance, within safety-critical industrial environments. Adept at driving operational efficiency, reducing process losses, and improving optimum capacity utilization.
I have conducted pilot plant study as Senior Engineer, for the development of commercial scale operation of Underground Coal Gasification (UCG) facility, using lignite coal, providing exposure to coal field operations, mineral resource evaluation, and water table assessment. Lean Six Sigma White and Yellow Belt certified, with a strong focus on structured problem-solving and performance enhancement.
