• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or Project Management.
• Minimum of Three (3) years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in IT or security projects.
• Experience in quality control procedures and project management methodologies.
• Experience with the physical security system standards and regulations.
• Strong understanding of physical security system operation and maintenance procedures.
• Identifying areas for process improvement, suggesting and implementing enhancements to QA procedures and practices
• Providing guidance and support to team members on QA best practices, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with client, technicians, engineers, and project managers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools
• Can speak and write fluently in English
• Plan, execute, and oversee the physical security products inspection and testing for quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables
• Tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as the physical security KPIs
• Investigate reports of the physical security products quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Develop/Update procedures for capture, investigation, and documentation of product complaints
• Follows all prescribed safety and security procedures.
• Performs all other related duties as assign
