* Supervise maintenance & construction works
* Lead and train field staff
* Ensure quality, safety & timely completion
* Manage materials, equipment & site logistics
* Coordinate with clients & management
Requirements:
* Proven experience in landscape supervision
* Strong knowledge of irrigation, planting & hardscape
* Ability to read drawings and execute plans
* Strong leadership skills
* Valid driving license (preferred)
*Good sales skills with the ability to approach clients, generate leads & close opportunities
* Language Proficiency: Arabic (preferred) & English communication skills
* Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
