1. inspection of electrical installation activities at site.
2. Ensure all electrical works comply with project specifications, IFC drawings, and approved standards.
3. Verify installation of cable trays, conduits, trunking, and supports.
4. Inspect power and control cable laying, dressing, and routing.
5. Check cable installation for proper segregation, bending radius, and protection.
6. Monitor and inspect cable termination and gland installation.
7. Ensure correct installation of earthing/grounding system as per drawings.
8. Inspect lighting fixtures, panels, DBs, and distribution boards installation.
9. Conduct quality checks for LV/MV switchgear and transformers installation.
10. Ensure electrical equipment is installed with proper alignment and safety clearance.
11. Review and verify material approvals (MAR) before installation.
12. Confirm all materials meet Saudi Aramco/IEC/NEC standards.
13. Prepare and submit Inspection Request (IR) to client/consultant.
14. Witness inspections with client representatives and close observations.
15. Maintain inspection records and prepare daily QC reports.
16. Verify installation of junction boxes, marshalling boxes, and control panels.
17. Ensure compliance with method statements and ITP (Inspection Test Plan).
18. Perform checks for proper labeling and identification of cables and panels.
19. Inspect electrical works for safe working practices and HSE compliance.
19. Witness testing of cables including IR test, continuity test, and megger test.
20. Supervise and witness HV cable testing and commissioning activities.
21. Coordinate with construction team to resolve non-conformance issues.
22. Raise and manage NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) when required.
23. Ensure corrective actions are properly implemented and verified.
24. Verify installation of fire alarm, UPS, and emergency systems.
25. Inspect installation of solar plant electrical systems (if applicable).
26. Support in preparation of as-built drawings and QC documentation.
27. Review and compile final handover dossiers for client submission.
28. Ensure all inspections are recorded in QC logbook and punch list system.
29. Assist during pre-commissioning, commissioning, and final acceptance.
