Are you an experienced maintenance professional with strong leadership skills? We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of heavy construction equipment and site generators to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise maintenance and repair of excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, cranes, dump trucks, rollers, and other heavy equipment.
• Oversee servicing and troubleshooting of diesel and gas-powered generators.
• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
• Lead and manage a team of mechanics and technicians.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
• Maintain maintenance records and equipment history.
• Control spare parts inventory and maintenance costs.
• Minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted site operations.

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• 5+ years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance (construction site experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and generator systems.
• Proven supervisory experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency breakdowns.
