Job Responsibilities:
Conduct toolbox talk meetings.
Report all observations, NM, FAI, CA & PA t o immediate HSE
supervisor.
Conduct heavy equipment's and hand power tools inspection and
color coding.
Reporting t o HSE Supervisor for day t o day HSE issues.
Conduct daily site safety inspection prior starting the job,
identifying the hazards and recommend control measures.
Constantly Inspecting the job site for the purpose of discovering
hazardous conditions and unsafe practices exert effort to correct
the same before they can cause accidents
Support company safety, Environmental and Quality policies and
programs provide technical and professional proposals and advice
to protect company property and personnel Daily, Weekly,
Monthly, Quarterly Inspection and monitoring all activities and
facilities.
Coordinate with the subcontractor’s safety department from time
to time regarding safety matters.
Making daily reports regarding unsafe procedures in job sites and
preventive steps to avoid recurrence.
Ensure that sub-contractors follow the client’s PTW procedure
and inspect them on daily basis.
Inspection of scaffolds, ladders, trenches and excavations to
ensure safe execution.
Inspection of workers and equipment’s in the job site to ensure
proper safety procedure as per client’s satisfaction.
Coordination with the client’s safety officers regarding safety
procedures in job site.
Assist safety engineers to organize weekly site inspection tour
and safety meeting.
Discussing the latest mistakes made by the workers and giving
them awareness to avoid accidents and near misses.
Inspection of work site on daily basis and report to HSE Manager.
Inspection of firefighting equipment and submission of report to
HSE manager.
Monthly inspection of tools and equipment’s to ensure that color
code is done.
