Purpose of the Role:
The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for identifying, isolating, and rectifying possible issues or concerns in various kitchen equipment to restore machines and systems to proper operating condition.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently
Perform general facility maintenance works
🛠 Must Be Capable of Handling:
Combi Steamers
Boilers
Burners
Freezers
Chillers
Small Appliances
MEP & AC knowledge
Other general maintenance
📌 Requirements:
F&B industry experience is mandatory
Proven experience in commercial kitchen equipment maintenance
Knowledge of MEP systems and AC
Valid driving license (Mandatory)
Own car preferred
💰 Salary & Benefits:
SAR 4000 + SAR 1000 fuel allowance
If company vehicle is provided, transportation and fuel allowance will be adjusted accordingly
