We are hiring an experienced Production Manager to lead and optimize our tissue manufacturing operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Paper Technology, Industrial Management, or related field
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in tissue or paper manufacturing
At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of tissue machines and converting operations
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
