Key Responsibilities:
HR Support:
Assist in recruitment (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, onboarding documentation)
Maintain employee records and attendance tracking
Prepare contracts and HR-related letters
Support payroll coordination
Handle employee inquiries and maintain confidentiality
Document Control:
Maintain and organize company documents (hard and soft copies)
Ensure proper filing, version control, and document tracking
Distribute and archive documents as required
Prepare documentation for audits and compliance
Accounts Support:
Record daily financial transactions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Accounting, or related field
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and HR procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Good communication skills
Assist with accounts payable and receivable
Prepare invoices and payment vouchers
Maintain financial filing and assist during audits
