The role requires strong hands-on experience in managing inventory manually through advanced Excel tracking systems or standalone inventory software.
The warehouse includes electronics equipment, electrical components, and mechanical structures used for engineering and technical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel or standalone software
Track stock receipts, issues, transfers, returns and adjustments
Manage GRN documentation and delivery tracking
Control inventory of electronic devices, electrical items, and mechanical structures
Implement proper bin coding and location mapping system
Conduct monthly physical stock verification and reconciliation
Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate replenishment
Maintain asset and spare parts tracking system
Prepare inventory reports including stock aging and consumption analysis
Ensure documentation is organized and audit ready
Coordinate with procurement, finance and project teams
Requirements:
3 to 7 years experience in warehouse and inventory control
Strong Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables and reporting
Experience handling electronics, electrical components and mechanical materials
Ability to design and manage structured inventory control without ERP
Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
Experience in EPC, construction, engineering or industrial environment preferred
